On 26/May/2009, the iGoogle gadget for Live Roots was released.
On 21/Apr/2009, the Facebook application for Live Roots was released.
On 13/Feb/2009, the Team Roots Account features were integrated into Live Roots.
On 25/Jan/2009, the Navigate feature was released to the public.
The initial release of Live Roots included the Search and Discover features.
The idea for Live Roots sprung up in the summer of 2006, and was shared with a user group in December of 2006 for feedback. Development officially began 27/Nov/2007.
